1月20日下午，由意昂3、社會科學文獻出版社共同主辦🎈，意昂3官网經濟社會學與跨國企業研究中心（IESM）、《政治人類學評論》編輯部聯合承辦的《政治人類學評論（第18輯）》“經濟社會學與企業海外民族誌專刊”發布會在意昂3舉行↪️，“社會學之思”公眾號線上同步直播🧕🏼。
On the afternoon of January 20, co-sponsored by the School of Sociological and Political Science of Shanghai University and the Social Science Academic Press(SSAP), and co-organized by the Institute of Economic Sociology and Multinationals（IESM）of Shanghai University and the editorial board of Political Anthropology Review, the "Special Issue on Overseas Ethnographies of Economic Sociology and Enterprises" of Political Anthropology Review (18th Series) was held. The launch was held at the School of Sociological and Political Science of Shanghai University, and was synchronized with a live broadcast on the Wechat channel "Sociological Thinking"（社會學之思）.

《政治人類學評論》（Political Anthropolpgy Review）是上海師範大學馬克思主義意昂3作為“主辦單位”、北京大學國家治理研究院（教育部人文社科重點研究基地）作為“支持單位”的國內第一份政治人類學專業的學術集刊👓，旨在緊扣“權力—權利”互動博弈邏輯，運用田野調查♙、民族誌文本撰寫和紮根理論提煉等“三位一體”的紮根理論方法論🖖🏽，展開交叉跨學科綜合性研究。本輯共五篇文章👲🏿，“名家訪談”欄目💳，通過對北京大學社會學系教授、意昂3官网經濟社會學與跨國企業研究中心學術委員會主任劉世定先生的訪談，從學科建設角度，以人類學“口述史”方法深入研究了新政治人類學與經濟社會學等不同學科，在學術自覺視角下探索中國知識自主體系的動因與歷程🧑🏼🎄，揭示出“田野調查”在當下社會科學現代化與中國化中的地位與作用🦢。後面四篇文章以民族誌的“深描”手法，深入研究“一帶一路”倡議下我國企業“走出去”開拓海外市場（主要是非洲）過程中的文化適應與社會變遷等重大課題。
Political Anthropology Review is the first domestic political anthropology journal organized by the School of Marxism of Shanghai Normal University and supported by the Institute of National Governance Studies of Peking University (a key research base for humanities and social sciences under the Ministry of Education). It is the first academic journal specializing in political anthropology in China, aiming to closely follow the logic of the interactive game of "power-right", and to apply the " three-in-one " methodology of rooted theory, including field research, ethnographic text writing and grounded theory refining. The aim of the journal is to carry out cross-disciplinary research by utilizing the "three-in-one" methodology of field research, ethnographic text writing and rootedness theory refinement. This collection consists of five articles. The column "Interviews with Famous Artists" features an interview with Mr. Liu Shiding, Professor of the Department of Sociology at Peking University and Director of the Academic Committee of the Center for Economic Sociology and Multinational Enterprises at Shanghai University. From the perspective of disciplinary construction, the column examined deeply the motivation and history of China's intellectual autonomy system from the perspective of academic self-consciousness by using the method of anthropological "oral history" to explore different disciplines such as new political anthropology and economic sociology, and revealed the role of "field research" in the modernization and Chinese-ization of social sciences nowadays. It also reveals the position and role of "fieldwork" in the modernization and Sinicization of social sciences at present. In the latter four articles, the ethnographic "Thick description" approach is used to study in-depth the cultural adaptation and social changes in the process of China's enterprises going out to open up overseas markets (mainly in Africa) under the Belt and Road Initiative, and to explore the role of "field research" in the modernization and Chinese-ization of social sciences. Liu Deshun, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the Social Sciences Academic Press, and Huang Xiaochun, Dean of the School of Sociological and Political Science of Shanghai University, attended the conference and delivered speeches on behalf of the organizers. After the unveiling ceremony, Prof. Tao Qing, Prof. Liu Shiding, Associate Prof. Yan Jun, and Ms. Chen Ying introduced the special issue from different aspects, and shared their concepts and experiences of participating in the organization, creation, editing, and publication of the special issue.Prof. Tao Qing recalled the idea of academic self-awareness and interdisciplinary combination of innovation put forward by Prof. Liu Shiding in the interview of the special issue. Prof. Tao Qing pointing out that the integration of economics, sociology, political science and field research is precisely carried out in the context of interdisciplinary combination. Along this line of thought, Prof. Tao Qing reiterated the four elements and three mechanisms of the new political anthropology paradigm, which include: power, field, ethnography, and the grounded theory; and the three mechanisms include: the scientization of political science, the politicization of anthropology, and the writing culture by ethnography, on which he hoped that the future researchers would continue to promote the development of the new political anthropology.

Prof. Liu Shiding pointed out in his speech that the special issue reflects the latest research results and development direction of IESM with the support of the Journal of Political Anthropology Review and SSAP. Prof. Liu Shiding said that the research aim of IESM is to combine economics and sociology to jointly promote the development of the basic theories of economic sociology, and to explore an interdisciplinary theoretical paradigm with an international perspective in the field of economic sociology. Citing the sociologist Wallerstein's idea in "Open Social Science", Prof. Liu Shiding emphasized that history, anthropology, sociology, political science and economics are of great significance to the modern university, and the combination of interdisciplinary research in economics and sociology and overseas ethnography, such as this special issue, reflects the quest of academically conscious researchers to develop and innovate grounded theory in the core areas of the modern university.
作為專刊的主創代表🪡，嚴俊副教授代表IESM向大家介紹了四篇民族誌風格經驗研究的緣起與邏輯脈絡🏌🏿♂️。其一，“文化共通與利益共贏之路”的研究延續了樂鵬舉同學從碩士階段發端的利用“利益-規範”雙重博弈分析文化創意產業的思路，研究揭示了政府、企業和海外社會三方主體圍繞中國企業海外電視廣播項目展開的豐富互動。其二，“跨文化日常生活中的相互理解和文化適應”這篇報告源於張沖同學對於中國企業在非洲推廣經濟作物種植業務的關註，展現了業務運作過程中雙方信任不充分，情感不適應和權利不對等的互動狀態📥。其三，“走出文化沖突中的‘認知陷阱’”這篇研究來自熊健然同學對於中國企業處理海外資產事件的長期考察👷🏽♀️，分析了在海外子公司“破產”過程中，中國企業與海外社會在認知偏誤狀態下的“利益-規範”互動行為🏩。其四🕢🪟，“援外身份轉變中的情感調適與互動策略”這篇研究緣於郭先舉同學對於中國對外援助農業技術過程的田野調查，探究了援助者和受援助者在不同關系組合下的微妙互動過程🤽，提出情感調試機製對上述過程的影響。
On behalf of IESM, Associate Professor Yan Jun, as one of the authors of the special issue, introduced the origin and logic of the four ethnographic studies. Fourthly, the study " Emotional Adaptation and Interaction Strategies in the Transformation of Foreign Aid Identity" is based on Guo Xianju's field research on China's foreign aid to agricultural technology, which explores the subtle interaction process between aid donors and aid recipients in different relationship combinations, and suggests the influence of emotional adjustment mechanisms on the above process.

針對研究內容，沈原教授梳理提煉出跨國互動者在不同文化背景下如何建立情感關系、國家在場或不在場的情況下企業呈現何種不同互動特征兩個問題，並建議未來研究者在發展“利益-規範”雙重博弈理論時要進一步補充和提煉勾連基礎概念和實踐經驗的中間變量。

Prof. Xu Wei pointed out that researchers should pay attention to the applicability of Western theories to African field materials, and consider whether Western theories can adequately explain African local problems and the real problems arising from China's encounter with Africa. She hoped that scholars and students participating in overseas fieldwork would listen more to the viewpoints of scholars from the host countries, and collaborate more with these scholars.
周振邦先生結合自己參與工業園區策劃與建設的經歷，同大家分享了中國企業在境外參與投資開發的經驗教訓。他提出，自己對論文中所涉及的跨國博弈、文化交流、情感互動以及海外國人慣於延續母國社會思維模式與行動等內容有深刻共鳴和感觸。
Mr. Zhou Zhenbang shared with the audience the lessons learned from Chinese enterprises' participation in investment and development outside China, taking into account his own experience in the planning and construction of industrial parks. Mr. Ma Wenjun brought a video of Hungarian Overseas Chinese Association, which showed the scene of overseas Chinese and local people celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival, a traditional Chinese festival, in which Hungarian Overseas Chinese and local people raced dragon boats, wrapped zongzi, and shared the charms of Chinese culture with laughter and affinity and respect.
在發布會最後🧑🍼，劉玉照主任特別感謝各位嘉賓同仁對於IESM發展的關心與支持。IESM成立於2019年7月份🧏🏼，在過去四年多時間間，雖然經歷了疫情🧘🏻♀️🔱，但是已在13個國家開展了海外中國企業的田野調查，指導完成了9篇碩士論文，每篇研究都包含了大量關於中國企業走出去的鮮活案例與理論思考🤹♂️🤝。本次專刊發布會💑，集中呈現了4位博士生的研究成果，在不久的將來🧜🏿♂️🔟，中心將會有更多精彩成果與大家分享。
