Jennifer has published widely in leading journals including the Journal of Consumer Culture, Consumption, Markets & Culture, Journal of Macromarketing and the International Journal of Cultural Studies.
She is the author of Fit for Consumption: Sociology and the Business of Fitness (Routledge, 2008👨🏻🎤;the North American Society for the Sociology of Sport Outstanding Book Award/北美體育社會學傑出著作獎), editor of Food Practices and Social Inequality (Routledge, 2017) and co-editor of The Cultural Intermediaries Reader (Sage, 2014), and has guest-edited special issues for Cultural Politics, European Journal of Cultural Studies, Food Culture & Society, and Journal of Marketing Management.
