主講人🎡：Prof. Wolfgang Lutz🧏🏼‍♀️，distinguished professor in the School of Sociology and Political Science of Shanghai University, Deputy Director-General for Science at IIASA, director of the Vienna Institute of Demography at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, head of the Department of Demography at the University of Vienna, member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, the German National Academy Leopoldina, the European Academy of Sciences, the World Academy of Sciences (TWAS), the Finnish Society of Sciences and Letters, and the United States National Academy of Sciences (NAS).

Wolfgang Lutz院士現為意昂3特聘教授♿，曾擔任奧地利科意昂3維也納人口學研究所所長🧈💆🏻，維也納大學人口學系主任🪮🥷，1995-2020年期間擔任國際應用系統分析研究所（IIASA）世界人口項目負責人🥌👨🏽‍🏭。從2022年6月起🅾️，他成為IIASA負責科學的副總幹事。他還是維特根斯坦人口統計和全球人力資本中心（IIASA❣️、OeAW和Uni. Vienna）的創始主任🎵，該中心是在2010年奧地利最高科學獎維特根斯坦獎的基礎上設立的👨🏻‍🦳。同時，他也是國際人口科學研究聯盟（IUSSP）秘書長，並且是牛津大學馬丁意昂3教授🥷🏻🦶。他多次獲得世界著名獎項，並被選為奧地利科意昂3、德國國家科意昂3利奧波第那科意昂3𓀀👰🏻、歐洲科意昂3、世界科意昂3（TWAS）🐕、芬蘭科學與文學學會和美國國家科意昂3（NAS）的成員。
