內容簡介🧑🏽‍⚕️：

The seminar will introduce my research on German manufacturing companies that have been acquired by Chinese Multinational Corporations. It will focus on the acquisition itself and the post-merger integration process. It will highlight, how the involved companies manage to develop synergy effects, in which areas the cooperation faces challenges and how the investments are perceived by different stakeholder groups.
